President and General Director
As a businesswoman from the region, Carole founded C.L.A. Personnel in 1988 and brought with her 15 years of experience as a director in another temporary help firm. A pioneer in the temporary help industry, she manages C.L.A. Personnel with her personal beliefs: mutual respect and quality professional services that everyone deserves.
Vice-president
In 1998, Eric joined the sales team and was assigned the marketing management of the family business. He then immediately began investing himself in the management and operations of C.L.A. Personnel. Bachelor of communications specialized in advertisement and marketing, Eric obtained the professional title of certified personnel consultant (CPC) of the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services in 2004. Vice-president of C.L.A. Personnel since 2009, Eric represents the company’s succession.
Director
Rachel joined C.L.A. Personnel in 1991, bringing with her 12 years of experience in the temporary help industry. Her vision of customer service matching management's philosophy, Rachel distinguishes herself through her total devotion to her clients and employees.
Staffing and Recruitment Counsellor
Chantal Lorrain completes our human resources team. A graduate with honours from the Cité collégiale as a support officer, Chantal also has 2 years of experience in social work as well as several years of experience in the human resources and customer service fields. With C.L.A Personnel since 1998, Chantal's dynamic personality perfectly complements that of the team
Administrative Assistant
Josée helps with the smooth running of our office operations. She welcomes visitors, administers exams and helps with the collection of employee time sheets. Josée is an important member of our team.
Account Executive/Business Development
Joanne joined C.L.A. Personnel in 2009 as Account Executive/Business Development. With a diverse background and experience in telecommunication, sales and customer service, Joanne is dedicated to building solid relationships and exceeding clients' expectations.
