Carole B. Joanisse
President and General Director
As a local businesswoman, Carole founded CLA Personnel in 1988 and brought with her 15 years of experience as a Director of another temporary help staffing firm. A pioneer in the temporary help industry, she manages CLA Personnel with her personal beliefs: mutual respect and quality professional services that everyone deserves.
In 1998, Eric joined the sales team and was assigned the marketing management of the family business. He then immediately began investing himself in the management and operations of CLA Personnel. With a Bachelor of Communications specialized in advertisement and marketing, Eric obtained the professional title of certified personnel consultant (CPC) of the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services in 2004. in 2009 he became CLA Personnel's Vice President. In September of 2018, he celebrated twenty years working in the staffing industry.

Mélanie Veilleux, is a graduate from Louis Reboul's AEC Human resources program. Mélanie is your first point of contact at CLA Personnel. Her welcoming personality and generous smile is Melanie's way of making the job search experience with CLA Personnel a positive and motivating one!
