As a local businesswoman, Carole founded C.L.A. Personnel in 1988 and brought with her 15 years of experience as a director in another temporary help firm. A pioneer in the temporary help industry, she manages C.L.A. Personnel with her personal beliefs: mutual respect and quality professional services that everyone deserves.
In 1998, Eric joined the sales team and was assigned the marketing management of the family business. He then immediately began investing himself in the management and operations of C.L.A. Personnel. Bachelor of communications specialized in advertisement and marketing, Eric obtained the professional title of certified personnel consultant (CPC) of the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services in 2004. in 2009 he became C.L.A. Personnel's Vice-president. In September of 2018 he celebrated twenty (20) years working in the staffing industry.

Passionate about interpersonal relations and communications, Lise made the leap into the human resources world in 2016 after a 15 year administrative services journey. What Lise loves the most about her new career is the possibility of being able to help job seekers in getting a better quality of life.
