The job posting and resume management service gives our cients the peace of mind of not having to worry about entering their job postings on muliple job sites. We will help you with the work description and advertise the position using our online tools, such as Indeed and Canada Job Bank and Emploi Québec. The opportunity will also be posted on our web site and our different social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, for 30 days. This gives our clients full visibility while keeping their talent search confidential. We receive all resumes and submit them for your review.
Resume review and Screening
You have received hundreds of resumes for a position and can’t find the time to go through all applicants? Let C.L.A. Personnel take care of the screening. Each applicant is screened according to your job requirements. A complete list of applicants is provided explaining which candidates meet the requirements as well as those who did not make the cut.
You may hire one of our professionals to conduct phone interviews with a selection of your candidates. The phone interview will serve to qualify candidate’s communications and language skills, overall interest and also their professionalism. It is also the occasion to review the details of the position, verify the applicant’s understanding of the role and responsibilities, validate the availability, the location and the salary and benefits.
Skills Testing – Fees apply to each test
You have identified your best candidates and now you want to find out who has the best technical skills? C.L.A. Personnel has access to hundreds of online tests via EPSI and IBM. Almost every software and skill out there can be evaluated. Contact us to find out which exams would help you to qualify your best candidates.
Level 1 – A reference check is conducted by one of our professional recruiters in order to validate the start and end dates of the candidate, the overall work performance, punctuality, reliability, etc. In total, we evaluate 12 key elements of the applicant’s performance.
Level 2 – This more thorough reference check evaluates five (5) key competencies that allow a more in depth verification of the desired strengths and qualities required.

Through our partner company Digitalex, we offer RCMP electronic fingerprints background checks for employment.
